Calendar-year QRU progression resets annually. Milestone rewards can be earned again in subsequent years.
After 300 QRU, milestones continue every 10 QRU using the 160–200 five-node pattern. Every multiple of 50 QRU from 200 onward offers two selections.
The 5 QRU milestone’s 10% OFF coupon has no dollar cap and can apply to eligible contract-priced purchases. Coupons and Credit are not automatically combined.

What is a QRU?
A Qualifying Roll Unit normalizes qualifying product purchases. Standard KEVYshield, KEVYmatte and KEVYsatin rolls count as 1 QRU, as does a qualifying KEVYhorizon roll. RAYNARY 7 roll widths count differently; see the QRU table above. Other products have no published QRU value here.
How does calendar-year qualification work?
Qualification runs January 1 through December 31. Annual QRU and milestone progression reset each year; approved milestone rewards can be earned again in subsequent years.
Does my PRO Status reset on January 1?
No. Each status upgrade provides at least 12 months of protection. Quarterly downgrade reviews occur after protection. Renewal compares previous completed calendar-year QRU and current-year QRU independently, using the higher qualifying result, subject to protection. A protected high status with zero new-year QRU is valid.
How do PRO Status and V-MILESTONES differ?
Status determines applicable purchasing tier and points multiplier, with a protection period. Milestones offer separate annual Choice Rewards and reset annually.
How does PRO Status affect purchasing prices?
Each status maps to T1–T6. Tier pricing is configured per SKU. An applicable contract price overrides the tier price for that SKU. CONCOURS requires an invitation; reaching 150 QRU does not automatically grant it.
Can I earn V-POINTS on contract-priced purchases?
Qualifying contract-priced purchases can earn V-POINTS, subject to program eligibility and the applicable points multiplier. A contract price does not itself remove points eligibility.
Can I use V-POINTS, Credit and Coupons together?
For a single commercial order, choose one only: V-POINTS, VEHICOTEK Credit or a Discount Coupon. These three cannot be stacked together. The 5 QRU uncapped 10% OFF coupon can apply to eligible contract-priced purchases, but cannot combine with Credit or V-POINTS on the same order. Points are not Credit; they have separate balances and origins.
What is the V-POINTS Rewards Store?
A dedicated catalog for redeeming available V-POINTS on approved rewards. Current listings, prices and stock states are samples. Store redemption uses its own catalog pricing; the normal order’s 10% / $250 points limit does not apply to this store preview.
How do I apply for Professional Access?
Use Apply for Professional Access to create your Professional Account and continue to the application. One Professional Account serves each business entity. Approval is separate from account creation.
