PPF Protection Benefit is a separate program and is not part of the VEHICOTEK Limited Product Warranty.

CONDITIONAL LIFETIME WHEN QUALIFIED.
Eligible KEVY Paint Protection Films are backed by a 10-Year Limited Product Warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects.
Certain installations may receive Conditional Lifetime Limited Warranty coverage when expressly offered and documented through a participating VEHICOTEK dealer.
KEVYshield / KEVYmatte / KEVYsatin
Lifetime means the period during which the covered vehicle is owned by the Original Covered Owner and, following one approved transfer, the First Approved Transferee.
WHAT DOES “LIFETIME” MEAN? ↓CONDITIONAL LIFETIME DEFINED
LIFETIME MEANS
VEHICLE OWNERSHIP.
It does not mean the lifetime of the film, the lifetime of VEHICOTEK, or an unlimited period regardless of vehicle ownership.
ORIGINAL COVERED OWNER
Coverage remains active while the Original Covered Owner owns the same covered vehicle, subject to the applicable Warranty Terms.
ONE APPROVED TRANSFER
An eligible KEVY PPF warranty may be transferred once to the next owner of the same covered vehicle.
FIRST APPROVED TRANSFEREE
Eligible Conditional Lifetime coverage continues while the First Approved Transferee owns the same covered vehicle, subject to the applicable Warranty Terms.
NEXT OWNERSHIP TRANSFER
Coverage ends. No second warranty transfer is permitted.
A warranty repair or replacement does not restart the warranty period and does not create another transfer right.

When attributable to a qualifying manufacturing defect:
- Adhesive-system failure
- Delamination
- Abnormal bubbling or blistering
- Peeling caused by product failure
- Abnormal cracking attributable to the film
- Failure of a covered film layer or coating
- Other verified manufacturing defects
NOT A MANUFACTURING WARRANTY CLAIM
- Scratches, cuts and accidental physical damage
- Rock chips and road debris
- Collision or vandalism
- Installation workmanship
- Paint or substrate failure
- Improper maintenance or chemical damage
- Environmental contamination
- Damage caused by improper third-party service
- Normal wear
Using a non-VEHICOTEK service provider does not automatically cancel an otherwise valid product warranty. Damage caused by improper installation, removal, maintenance, repair, modification or other third-party service, however, is not covered.

CONDITIONAL
LIFETIME
LIMITED WARRANTY.
Raynary 5+ and Raynary 7 are covered against qualifying manufacturing defects in the physical integrity of the film, subject to the applicable Warranty Terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable warranty certificate, Raynary Conditional Lifetime coverage applies to the Original Covered Owner while the covered film remains installed on the same covered vehicle.

COLOR FADING
IS NOT COVERED.
Conditional Lifetime does not mean lifetime color retention.
The Raynary Limited Product Warranty does not cover claims based solely on changes in film coloration or color appearance over time.

KEVYhorizon is a sacrificial protective film. It does not guarantee that the underlying windshield will never chip, crack, break, pit, scratch or sustain other damage.
SUBMIT
Provide your contact information, vehicle information, VIN, installed VEHICOTEK product, installing dealer and a description of the claimed condition.
DOCUMENT
Provide available supporting documentation such as the original invoice, warranty certificate, installation date, photographs, video and relevant service information.
EVALUATE
Some claims may be evaluated using submitted documentation. Other claims may require reasonable inspection of the covered product before the film is removed.
RESOLVE
If the claim qualifies, VEHICOTEK will communicate the approved warranty remedy and the next steps for obtaining warranty performance.
Obtain claim approval before incurring expenses for which reimbursement is expected. Costs independently incurred without prior approval are not automatically reimbursable.

No second warranty transfer is permitted. The warranty remains attached to the same covered vehicle.
For the 10-Year Limited Warranty, the approved transferee receives only the remaining portion of the original period. The transfer does not create a new 10-year warranty.
Transfer requests should be submitted within 90 days after transfer of vehicle ownership.

WHAT AN APPROVED
CLAIM PROVIDES.
REPLACEMENTFILM MATERIAL.
For a qualifying covered manufacturing defect, the normal VEHICOTEK manufacturer remedy is replacement of the affected covered VEHICOTEK film material with the same product or a reasonably comparable VEHICOTEK replacement product.
LABOR IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED.
Unless the applicable VEHICOTEK warranty certificate or participating dealer warranty expressly states that labor is included, the VEHICOTEK manufacturer warranty covers replacement film material only.
- Film removal and installation labor
- Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
- Trim removal or sensor-related work
- Transportation, towing or storage
- Rental vehicle expense or vehicle downtime
- Other service costs
THE ORIGINAL PERIOD CONTINUES.
Warranty repair or replacement does not restart the warranty period. Replacement film receives only the remaining warranty period applicable to the original covered installation.
PRODUCTS AND APPEARANCE MAY CHANGE.
If the original product is discontinued, VEHICOTEK may provide a reasonably comparable current product. New film may not appear identical to film already exposed to normal aging, environment and use.

Warranty Scope
These Limited Product Warranty Terms apply only to eligible VEHICOTEK film identified by the applicable warranty record or certificate. Coverage is limited to qualifying manufacturing defects and remains subject to every applicable condition, limitation and exclusion.
Warrantor
Warrantor: VEHICOTEK / [FULL LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. Approved legal entity and contact information must be inserted before these terms are issued as final legal terms.
Coverage Overview
Warranty duration and coverage depend on the installed product, the warranty certificate, vehicle ownership and any qualifying participating-dealer program. Product Warranty and PPF Protection Benefit are separate programs.
Manufacturing Defect
A manufacturing defect is a verified failure in the covered product attributable to its manufacture. The appearance of a condition alone does not establish its cause; VEHICOTEK may evaluate reasonably available product, installation and condition evidence.
KEVY Eligible Products
KEVYshield, KEVYmatte and KEVYsatin are eligible when identified on an approved warranty record. Other KEVY Paint Protection Films are eligible only when expressly designated by VEHICOTEK.
10-Year Warranty
Eligible KEVY Paint Protection Film receives a 10-Year Limited Product Warranty from the original installation date against qualifying manufacturing defects.
Conditional Lifetime Warranty
Conditional Lifetime Limited Product Warranty coverage applies only when expressly offered, issued and documented through a qualifying participating dealer program. Lifetime means the period during which the Original Covered Owner and, after one approved transfer, the First Approved Transferee owns the same covered vehicle.
PPF Warranty Transfer
An eligible KEVY PPF warranty may be transferred once to the next owner of the same covered vehicle. A 10-Year warranty transfers only its remaining period. No second transfer is permitted.
KEVY PPF Covered Conditions
Potentially covered conditions, when caused by a qualifying manufacturing defect, include adhesive-system failure, delamination, abnormal bubbling or blistering, peeling caused by product failure, abnormal cracking attributable to the film, or failure of a covered film layer or coating.
KEVY PPF Exclusions
The manufacturer warranty does not cover scratches, cuts, accidental physical damage, rock chips, road debris, collision, vandalism, installation workmanship, paint or substrate failure, improper maintenance, chemical damage, environmental contamination, damage caused by improper third-party service, or normal wear.
Raynary Covered Products
Raynary 5+ and Raynary 7 are covered when identified on an approved warranty record or certificate.
Conditional Lifetime Definition
Unless the applicable warranty certificate expressly states otherwise, Raynary Conditional Lifetime coverage applies only to the Original Covered Owner while the covered film remains installed on the same covered vehicle.
Raynary Covered Conditions
Coverage applies to qualifying manufacturing defects affecting the physical integrity of the film, subject to the applicable Limited Product Warranty Terms.
Color Fading Exclusion
Color fading, color shift, shade change, gradual discoloration, changes in hue or darkness, and loss of original color appearance over time are not covered. Conditional Lifetime does not mean lifetime color retention.
Window Film Exclusions
Coverage does not extend to installation workmanship, glass or vehicle defects, scratches, physical damage, misuse, improper care, unauthorized alteration, ordinary wear, or any condition not caused by a qualifying manufacturing defect.
Window Tint Legal Compliance
Vehicle owners and installers remain responsible for compliance with applicable window-film, visibility and vehicle-use laws. Warranty coverage does not authorize an unlawful installation or use.
KEVYhorizon Warranty Period
KEVYhorizon Windshield Protection Film receives a 30-Day Limited Product Warranty beginning on the original installation date.
KEVYhorizon Covered Manufacturing Failures
Potentially covered manufacturing failures include adhesion failure, peeling, bubbling, blistering, delamination and other verified manufacturing defects.
Wear and Tear Exclusion
Rock chips, road debris, windshield-wiper wear, scratching, abrasion, common-use deterioration and normal wear and tear are not covered.
Windshield Protection Limitation
KEVYhorizon is a sacrificial protective film. It does not guarantee that the underlying windshield will never chip, crack, break, pit, scratch or sustain other damage.
Installation Workmanship
Installation workmanship is not a manufacturing defect in VEHICOTEK film. Any installer workmanship obligation is separate from the VEHICOTEK manufacturer warranty unless expressly included in an approved written warranty.
Warranty Remedy
For an approved qualifying claim, the normal manufacturer remedy is replacement film material of the same product or a reasonably comparable current VEHICOTEK product.
Labor, Removal and Reinstallation
Labor is not automatically included. Unless expressly included by the applicable warranty certificate or participating-dealer warranty, removal, installation, disassembly, reassembly, transportation and other service costs remain separate.
Conditional Lifetime Dealer Participation
Conditional Lifetime coverage must be expressly offered, issued and documented under a qualifying participating-dealer program. A product installation alone does not create Conditional Lifetime coverage.
Warranty Claim Procedure
The claimant must submit the requested owner, vehicle, product, installation, dealer, condition and supporting evidence through the approved claim process. Inspection may be required before covered film is removed.
Warranty Registration
VEHICOTEK strongly recommends registration and retention of reasonable proof of installation. An authoritative Warranty ID, certificate and status must come from the approved backend record.
Third-Party Service
Third-party service does not automatically cancel otherwise valid coverage, but damage caused by improper third-party installation, removal, maintenance, repair, modification or service is not covered.
Vehicle Accident / Repair / Repainting
Collision, vandalism, repainting, body repair, paint failure, substrate failure and damage resulting from vehicle repair are not qualifying manufacturing defects in the film.
Total Loss / Vehicle Disposal
Coverage is attached to the same covered vehicle and cannot continue after that vehicle is disposed of, declared a total loss, or otherwise leaves the covered ownership sequence.
Replacement Appearance
New replacement film may not appear identical to film that has aged or been exposed to normal environmental conditions and vehicle use.
Replacement Warranty Period
Warranty repair or replacement does not restart the warranty period and does not create another transfer right. Replacement film receives only the remaining period applicable to the original covered installation.
Product-Line Changes
If the original product is discontinued, changed or unavailable, VEHICOTEK may provide a reasonably comparable current VEHICOTEK replacement product.
Dealer Representations
A dealer or installer may not expand, alter or replace these manufacturer terms unless VEHICOTEK has expressly authorized the written warranty or participating-dealer program.
Incidental and Consequential Damages
