CHECK WARRANTY STATUS

Verify a VEHICOTEK Warranty.

Use the Warranty ID or another approved identifier together with the warranty PIN to review the available registration and coverage record.

Conceptual secure warranty lookup panel with masked protected information
Demonstration-only visual. Real certificates, IDs, PINs, and statuses must come from the backend.

SEARCH METHODS

Supported Methods Must Come from the Backend.

Warranty ID with PIN is the public-safe baseline. VIN plus PIN or plate-based lookup should appear only when the backend supports and authorizes those methods.

Warranty ID

Approved primary lookup method when paired with a PIN or verification method.

VIN plus PIN

May be supported when backend privacy controls approve the method.

Plate Lookup

Not displayed as active unless backend support and privacy approval exist.

PRIVACY

Protected Record Details Require Verification.

Warranty records may contain vehicle, installation, and customer information. A PIN or another approved verification method is required before protected record details are displayed. Do not expose full contact data, internal notes, investigation notes, product cost, or unrelated account status.

RESULT STATES

Status Is Authoritative Only from the Backend.

The browser must not infer a warranty result. These states are displayed only when returned by the approved lookup workflow.

Active

Display only if backend determines the warranty record is active.

Pending Review

Display only if backend determines the registration is under review.

Incomplete

Display only if backend determines required information is missing.

Expired

Display only if backend determines the applicable written terms have expired.

Not Found

Use when no authorized record is returned.

Access Denied

Use when the viewer cannot access protected record details.

FORM ENTRY

Backend-Connected Workflow Required.

The production lookup form must call the approved backend lookup contract. This public page shows the safe entry model without inferring status in the browser.

Certificate download and protected details must come from a real backend-issued record after verification.

Disabled preview of approved field groups

Use an approved registration number such as VTK-DEMO-0000 only for demonstration copy.

PIN is required when the backend issues one; do not display or guess it in the browser.

VIN or plate lookup is hidden until backend support and privacy approval exist.

NEXT STEP

Keep warranty actions tied to verified records.

Contact support, find an installer, or return to the warranty overview. Private warranty records must stay behind approved verification and account authorization.
