Demonstration-only visual. Real certificates, IDs, PINs, and statuses must come from the backend.

ROLES

Who Should Register.

A professional installer may submit the installation record, the vehicle owner may receive the warranty ID, PIN, and certificate when issued by the backend, and VEHICOTEK may review eligibility before activation.

Professional Installer

Prepares product, installation, vehicle, customer, and documentation details.

Vehicle Owner

Keeps the issued record, PIN, certificate, and care documentation.

VEHICOTEK Review

May verify eligibility, documentation, duplicate records, and authorization.

PROCESS

A Review Path, Not an Automatic Approval.

Each step is controlled by the applicable written terms and the backend workflow. Browser-only state must not create warranty records, claim IDs, certificates, or approvals.

01

Identify the Installer

Confirm shop, account identity, and installer relationship.

02

Identify the Product

Record film category, series/model, SKU or finish, and roll identification when required.

03

Identify the Vehicle

Provide VIN or approved vehicle identifier plus vehicle details.

04

Identify the Customer

Provide owner contact information under approved privacy controls.

05

Review and Submit

Validate required fields and acknowledge applicable terms before backend submission.

06

Share the Warranty Record

Share only backend-issued record details after successful confirmation.

FORM ENTRY

Backend-Connected Workflow Required.

Approved installers register warranties from real authenticated Installation Records through the backend-connected portal workflow. This public page explains the entry path and does not create a local, anonymous, or fake warranty record.

Warranty registration can include vehicle and customer information. Do not expose full contact details, VIN, internal notes, or certificate data unless the backend authorizes the viewer.

Disabled preview of approved field groups

Shop, account identity, installer code, location, and authorized user.

Film category, series/model, SKU/finish, roll ID, installation date, installed areas, invoice or work order.

VIN or approved identifier, plate details only if supported, make/model information, and installed surface context.

Customer: Owner name, contact channel, consent, and certificate delivery details. Documentation: Photos, invoice/work order, notes, terms acknowledgment, and duplicate-detection context.

NEXT STEP

Keep warranty actions tied to verified records.

Contact support, find an installer, or return to the warranty overview. Private warranty records must stay behind approved verification and account authorization.
